You can taste it !
Erica Bauermeister is my new favorite author! Even though it's early in the year, this is most definitely my top "READ ME" choice for 2009. Take a cooking class in the back of a community restaurant, add quirky characters and a great cook... VOILA! Poetic prose, food descriptions you can almost taste, and characters I want to befriend. This will be a great Book Group choice. Where is Lillian's restaurant anyway? I'd like to make a reservation.
