This book is great for those who want to have a good background in general chemistry. It explain the topics smoothly, and has a good amount of examples and problem solving exercises.

Great but
Shipped promptly, book was brand new, crisp pages, never opened, but it turned out to be an Instructor Annotated Edition book. (which they receive free of charge) I don't mind that I got a teacher edition, (it was still cheaper than buying the brand new edition I was supposed to get), but I wish the seller had at least disclosed that it wasn't a student textbook.

This was a required text book for a college class. I was pleased to be able to purchase a book for far less than at the school book store!
