Excellent. Size: 8x5x1; Vintage Landmark Pictorial Cover Hardback Book. This book is Unread and had very little use. Hard to Find Title in the Landmark Series! Book itself is in Very Good Plus condition with a tight binding and clean crisp pages. Inside text is in Excellent condition and appears to be unread and unused, but there is a nameplate inside the front cover with the same girl's name written neatly above the nameplate near the top left hand corner. Unfortunately, I do not believe the previous owner of this book ever read it! No other writing or markings in the book. Outside pictorial covers are very nice with only very minor wear. No Dust Jacket was issued with the pictorial cover editions. This is a scare title and one of the ones we find harder to find! Landmark series. Landmark Books and World Landmark Books are accurate, in-depth stories for young people in the 9-15 year old range. These living histories were written by award-winning authors or by men and women who experienced the events first hand. Written during the 1950's and 1960's and illustrated either with two-color drawings or clear photographs, the books are informative, enjoyable, and well worth reading and collecting.
