This play is the third in the autobiographical trilogy, beginning with Brighton Beach Memoirs and Biloxi Blues. It debuted on Broadway in 1986, directed by Gene Saks, and starring Linda Lavin, Jonathan Silverman, Jason Alexander and Phyllis Newman.
