Too many people think it's okay to treat wildlife as though they were in a Disney movie.

Couldn't put in down!
An excellent examination of the nexus between modern civilization and nature, as we continue to develop housing at the edge of wilderness. It reads like a detective story, alternately fascinating, chilling and insightful. I've passed this well-written book on to more than a half-dozen people- all were enthralled! All the more of interest as we live in "Mountain Lion" country!
