Mr MacLoed tells great stories full of 3-dimentional characters and island scenery. A book I'll read again!

Amazing!
This collection of short stories by the master Canadian author Alistair MacLeod is a must-read for anyone who loves quality writing. This book spoiled me from reading other fiction for a while--it was that good.
