This is a hilarious book for both adults and children. If you like science, animals and children and enjoy pears picked fresh from your own tree - this is a book for you.
The book arrived quickly and in very good condition and this is once again an example of how to acquire a hard-to-find item easily and for a very reasonable price.

One Brilliant & Hilarious Book
I don't know why this book isn't in the pantheon of classic children's books. For those of you who know and love Crictor by Tomi Ungerer (the same author/illustrator) about a sweet and heroic boa constrictor, you may love this even more. I can't say much because the book itself is too delightful a surprise, but this is well worth a read and belongs among Ungerer and Children's books best! I used to work at a kids bookstore! Believe me, I know!
