This was the best lab book I've had so far, and I have had quite a few lab classes. It has very detailed pictures with instructions for each of the experiments. This book has all the information you would need for the lab journal. There is also room for your own notes if you wish to write in the book. The observations and results have enough room to color and whatever else you would like to do. The questions at times can be frustrating because it makes you dig a little deeper than you would think you need to go, but that doesn't happen often. Depending on your lab professor, they might change the experiment around, so be sure to keep notes and follow your professor, not the book.
