The authors do a great job of making he information very accessible. Easy read. Good reference guide.

A well written warning.
I enjoyed the book from a professional standpoint. From a "good read" standpoint it fell short. I am a nurse so I have experience with the bacteria mentioned and the situations encountered. I also have a view of the future if things worsen. The authors do a good job detailing the past and the present. Their view of the future is bleaker than it needs to be. This is a good read for anyone who is interested in the Pathogens that are out there and how they came to be. It is a necessary read for all people in the medical field as a well written reminder of what we are facing.
