Great book
When I needed a meteorology book, I knew that Donald Ahrens had the most-used and best known series of texts. I was not disappointed. This edition is recent enough for me to learn the current basics and not have to update my knowledge elsewhere quickly. I recommend Prof. Ahrens' series to all who need a meteorology text.
