And as all our measures are taken for realizing the pro fessions we have now made to the ingenious in quirers into the wonders and curiosities of Art and Nature; we are probably justified in presuming, to appropriate that ample share in public patro nage, which will crown our labours, and set every degree of rivalship at that distance it must ever keep, from a more correct taste, superior exertions, industry, and ability.
