This a story and does not have many photographs. However, if you like elephants - and I do - you will like this book very much. There are no elephants in Scotland, but I came up close and personal with them in Northern Thailand. It was a wonderful experience, and so I felt quite emotional when I started to read this book. My copy was in very good condition and matched the description by the seller.
