This is a must read in the US literature area. I re-read it twice in a row which I'd never done before. -- The reason I wanted the exact cover is because there are two versions of the book in print. The newest one ediited by Noel Polk uses the original typewritten manuscript & there's a whole different first chapter. This is called the"restored edition" (Harcourt). -- I wanted to compare it to the version that had been used since the original PRINTing or publication. -- There's no mention of restoration in the one with the wrong cover - so I got the one I wanted
