A story of Hurricanes and villains
This is a typical Dick Francis novel with a deceptively tough hero working his way through a web of twists and turns before triumphing over the baddies. Although there are some racing links it is not primarily about racing which is a departure from most of the previous novels. It is an easy read but some of the escapes are barely believable and I didn't feel that the characters were as well described as in other books. Nonetheless i am a fan of this writer and feel that this is still worth a read.
