I bought this book to help me with my EFL lessons and I found it very appropriate for these students that want to work with American English. The edition I bought here in Alibris is the 1977 one and yes, it is a bit old but there it is a good resource book in means of real material. Chapters with illustrations, exercises already planned, easy to adapt for different levels. It is this kind of book that even though years go by you can use many times.
