Buyer beware! The international version of this text is NOT the same as the US version. I've purchased international versions of textbooks before and never had an issue with it. This, however, is not the same situation. The layout and information in the book are the same, the chapter layouts are the same, but they've modified the values in the problems. If you professor assigns and collects homework, you will have incorrect answers, as the problems do NOT match.
