When I was a student in college, we called this book "the bible", for two reasons: it is large and it is the basis of economics. The book is so huge that most of the students read only a part of it. Nevertheless if you want to learn economics this is one of the main guides you have to have. It has many pictures and numerical examples and it is very easy to read.
