The book works well enough to pass the course. Sadly, unlike 1.3 billion people in the world, I am not Chinese. The TOC, the key word index, perhaps the index, if it is there, all are written in Chinese characters. I cannot even type them into Google translate to get a sense of what they say.
I have had better luck on this site. I hope to again some day soon.
