I would personnally recommed this book to anyone trying to make sense out of buying a new home. The book is easy to understand and is organized in a very logical way so that you can understand the real estate negotiation process step by step. If you are only interested in certain topics the book is divded into related subjects so that you can quickly refer to the section that most interests you. However, I do recommend reading the entire book. It is not a thorough compilation on the subject, but rest assured if you want a good understanding of the things involved in real estate negotiation many subjects are very well covered. Enjoy the reading!
