One barely there 'ding' in the front only of the front board 1" in from frt gutter. else fine, sharp tips and spine ends, no names, tears or soil. Unclipped (and unpriced) dj with a background of lime green, has a white terrier chasing after a grumpy-faced boy on the frt panel, and a gray umbrella and pair of red galoshes on the center of the rear panel. Jacket is complete, shows light color loss at tips and spine ends, along with a hint of handling soil on the jacket. I would have no qualms about suggesting this book for a gift item. A pleasant picture book that touches on emotional maturity. Features a white hairy terrier, possibly a West Highland White. A rainy morning promotes gruffness and anger which is passed along from person to person until a little dog starts a chain of happiness that reverses the trend.
