What a wonderful book. It is a delightful read and contains facts about how the early settlers made do with so very little. It certainly is Americana at its finest.

A Must Read!
I loved this book. I learned a lot about what it was like to live in the past. This is a book I could read over and over. I recommend it for girls 8-12.
