Great Text, Bad Practice
The book itself is easy to read and includes lots of tables and figures to help you get through the material. However, the practice problems and the supplement Solutions Manual are bogus (even my professor thinks so). By all means, use the book, but see if your professor can supply better problems to test your knowledge of the material. Happy studying!
