Worth your while
The book is full of insights,background
and tips.
I don't think you can learn to practice
Tai Chi from this or any other book, but it will
be helpful to read and refer to this one
while taking classes.

Idiot's Guide to Tai Chi
This is a good book, for a "General View" for understanding Tai Chi,!! "But", if you are looking for a particular style, this is not the book for you !!!
