Another in the excellent Manon series
The likeable, messy, DI Manon Bradshaw, now encumbered with a baby and other personal woes, such as dealing with her unhappy adopted Black son, still plows on to discover the mystery of a hanging body among immigrants from Eastern Europe.
Original and witty. The first two in the series are terrific. This one is good but the many things that befall Manon's life and her partner's tend to feel like overkill.
