The book was oddly soul searching for me as I read it and It was very helpful. I can imagine being in a good job with life so self satisfying and then the bottom drops out as God gives up challenges. We determine our worth by the way we handle the challenges and love ourselves while growing in spirit.

easy excellent read
this is an easy read . understanding Brandon's journey to heal herself .. it is not the typical anti-medical but a positve outlook of using both ( though she choose not to do any modern) i'm always weary of the self help as they often tend to make sick or ill people guilty if they do not heal . but this is a quick journey with vocabulary in the end to help yourself ..
