He has received two fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts, a Fulbright Fellowship, a Louis Comfort Tiffany Foundation Grant, a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Glass Art Society, and a Gold Medal Award from the National Arts Club, among many other honors.
