Paper covering boards is chipping at edges, and tearing away at front right corner. Boards are scuffed and rubbed at edges, cloth fraying at spine ends, spine has a 1'' tear in center. Interior is solid, with foxing beginning throughout block, more to front and rear. 16 lovely tipped in color plates, and 15 black and white illustrations accompany this sweet story.
