However, name and address sticker of previous owner is attached to top RH corner of front cover. A complete survey of the Klee collection in the MMA, as donated by Heinz Berggruen in 1984. Illustrations cover the 11 paintings, 71 water-colours and eight black-and-white drawings in the collection. All aspects of Klee, both as painter and as draftsma, are covered by the collection, which starts in 1893 with a drawing by the then 13-year-old, and ends with a gouache painted in the year of his death.
