Includes an insert from the publisher apologizing for the delay in the publication of the book and offering a season's greeting with a reproduction of a Snowy Owl by Michael Hames reproduced in colour and laid into the book. As well, there is the original brochure announcing the publication of the book and three progress reports dated May 1990, June 1990 aand August 1990 informing the subscriber of the delays in the publication.
