Except for the spine being a bit cockeyed and the corners mildly bumped, the book is in excellent shape, clean and intact. A pop-up book that, when fully deployed, forms a quaint English village. Comes with a perforated sheet of little people and animals to populate the scene. All figures are still on the sheet (none have been detached). When closed, the book measures approx. 13.75" long x 9.75" tall. When deployed, the village measures approx. 23" wide x 25" long x 10" tall.
