Stewart McFarlane

Stewart McFarlane is Lecturer in Religious Studies at Lancaster University, specialising in Chinese religions and philosophies. He also teaches courses in mysticism and spiritual disciplines, and the only university-level combined religion and martial arts course in Great Britain. In 1996 he led the security team responsible for the protection of the His Holiness the Dalai Lama during his UK visits.
