Stephen is a Certified Commercial Contracts Manager and a Certified Professional in Supply Management. He has taught contracting-related courses as an adjunct professor with the University of Maryland University College's Graduate School of Management and Technology, served on the Professional Standards and Ethics Committee of the National Contract Management Association Board of Directors, and has been an expert witness on contract law matters.
