Norman Borden is a photographer and writer who earned his B.A. from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and honed his photographic skills at the International Center of Photography in New York City and the Maine Media Workshops. Norman Borden is a photographer and writer who earned his B.A. from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and honed his photographic skills at the International Center of Photography in New York City and the Maine Media Workshops.
