Marina Polvay spent time in Peru writing and filming a travelogue, which allowed her to meet chefs, restaurateurs, and natives who gave her their treasured recipes. She has a degree in nutrition from Innsbruck University in Austria and attended the Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne, Switzerland.
