Jessica Milne

Jessica Milne is from the Comox Valley, British Columbia and grew up painting, drawing and taking photographs. She completed a double diploma in Fine Art and Graphic Design in the spring of 1998 from North Island College in Courtenay for which she received the Governor General's Award for outstanding achievement. Following her graduation from the University of Victoria, Jessica spent time teaching drawing and painting to adults and taking photographs for weddings.
