He is a member of the American Psychological Association, American Psychological Society, American Statistical Association, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He has authored numerous research papers and book chapters and has edited three previous handbooks, including the "Handbook of Mental Health in the Workplace" and "Comprehensive Handbook of Personality and Psychopathology.
