Dr James Manning is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Managing Director of the West Suffolk CBT Service, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, England. James has post-graduate qualifications in both Clinical Psychology and Counselling Psychology. James has written several self-help books, and is co-author of the award winning book 'A Journey with Panic'. James continues to work in clinical practice for the West Suffolk CBT Service.
