GODFREY HARRIS has been a public policy consultant based in Los Angeles, California since 1968. He began consulting after brief careers as a university lecturer, U.S. Army intelligence officer, foreign service officer with the Department of State, and organizational specialist in the President's Executive Office. Both before and as President of Harris/Ragan Management Group, he has been called upon to organize trips for himself, for colleagues and clients, and for his family on an average of one overnight trip per month for the past 40 years.
