His professional career began in 1993 as a management consultant working with large corporations in several industries (including Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Insurance). He worked with personnel at every level of these organizations to solve problems in training, processes, decision-making, system conversions, documentation, management issues, and more. Gerry specializes in working with leaders: managers, executives, and business owners. His focus is on helping them create more focused and fulfilling lives for themselves and those they lead. To do this, he helps them improve their life balance, grow their leadership skills, and increase the quality of their relationships in every area of life.
