Carmelo Massimo De Iuliis

CARMELO MASSIMO DE IULIIS (1960), teaches Company Law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milano. In 2014 he edited and commented on the first Italian unabridged translation of the (1666) De casibus perplexis in iure (Perplexed Cases in Law), by Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz for his doctoral dissertation. He is the author of several publications on Company and Banking law.
