Amelia Saltsman is a writer, cooking teacher, and producer and host of the Santa Monica Farmers' Market and CityTV joint project, Fresh from the Farmers' Market. She has written for National Geographic Traveler, Los Angeles Times, Boston Globe, and other publications; is a frequent contributor to the Market Report on KCRW's Good Food; and serves on the California Certified Farmers' Market Advisory Committee. This is her first book.
