How to better design products of a user-friendly.
The author examines the structure of various products in terms of their function and functionality. Many products are poorly designed or just inefficiently designed and often their operation is not obvious at first, second or - in some cases - even tenth sight. The author explains why this is so, and tries to indicate the faulty thinking that often goes into the design of many products. He also indicates the thinking that would be better applied, during the design process, that would produce a more user-friendly product.
