I love this book. I have fibromyalgia and exercising is painful for me. But I can do this!! It has helped so much and I can do most of the stretched anytime throughout the day. I even lent the book to my mom who has a bad knee.
My back is stronger and my waist is more trim and toned. My arms are more toned now too. I would HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone who wants a truly low/no impact workout with real results.
