Best Baking Cookbook Around
I own a copy of this book, and I bought this copy for a gift for my oldest daughter, who lost her cookbook collection in a house fire. I love the book because it not only has very good recipes, but it also explains the reasons for various suggestions. I have been baking for 59 years, and I learned a lot from it. I recommend it to anybody, new cook or old.
