This film was created by Colby's son. It is great in understanding how the CIA works and doesn't from the viewpoint of the son. The interviews are perhaps the highlight. In part it is an attempt of the son to know and justify what the father did in the CIA and in part it is how the CIA works. And not necessarily for the good of the country...
