Very good in very good dust jacket. A very good book with a very good DJ. DJ shows some corner, edge and scuffing wear. Pages are free of writing, tight & crisp with light corner and edge wear. The outside edge, of the pages, has light smudge wear. There is a gray mark on the inside of the front cover. It looks like the glue from the boards may have soaked through. Nice book.
I thought the book was rather technical, and too stuffy. It is difficult to follow for a non-british reader, and somehow delves too much on details, so that one loses the big picture. I like to read historical works, but this was boring.
