If you have ever had pain, or live with pain, you will want this book. I never cease to be amazed at how just the basic pain relief e-cises he recommends have changed my life!
I can do those e-cises when I am hurting and find complete relief immediately.....with out fail. My pain will be gone for at least 24 hrs. If i could just get the e-cises into my regular daily routine, I am sure I would be painfree forever!!
I thank Pete for saving me from something that has palgued me since birth, and recommend this book to EVERYONE! Thanks again to Alibris for giving me exactly what I ordered, in the condition I expected it to be, and on time!!
