Pete Egoscue has captured what we have all been looking for and most of all, what we all need. If you have lived, you have probably experienced pain or are living with pain. I am still amazed that I can do his pain e-cises and be pain free for about 24 hrs. I have yet to consistenly do them, but I still have hope for myself that I will get them into my daily routine, at some point. I thank him profusely for dedicating himself to relieving me from issues that have plagued me since birth. You cannot go wrong with this book and the advice you will receive within it's pages!
