The Aeronaut's Windlass is the initial book in the new CINDER SPIRES series by Jim Butcher. It grabbed my attention immediately and I am eagerly awaiting the next book in this fantasy series. I was very pleased to watch Butcher's writing become more mature with each new addition to his popular Dresden Files series. The Cinder Spires has the advantage of starting at the level of his last Dresden novel. I strongly recommend reading the publisher's synopsis of The Aeronaut's Windless. If the story line interests you, get the book. You won't be disappointed.
