Don't get me wrong, season five is not the end of the line. However the second half of this season, mainly the last few episodes, you can really tell that steam was running out and the chain was getting rusty. Season five takes us down a stroll through the usual graveyard with the sights we're familiar with, but only after starting strong with powerhouse episodes like the season opener "Death of Some Salesmen" starring Tim Curry. Or the forever haunting "Forever Ambergris." Season five is always worth a visit. It's not the greatest season, but certainly not the worst (Cough, SEASON 7, cough)
